MATH LAB PRODUCT HEAD

VISWAM EDUTECH seeking an experienced Training and Development Head to lead our organizational training efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.

As a Math Lab Product Head, you will collaborate with various corporate educational institutions , and working on research, designing product modifying upgrading & implementing new version training Sessions and contribute to the overall success of the company. Successful candidates for this position typically have backgrounds in business, leadership , development, or education.

Your responsibilities will include enhancing increasing organization productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

By overseeing our training initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving employee growth and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.

Responsibilities

·        Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

·        Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

·        Experience on Sales & Marketing

·        Willing to travel across the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

·        Deploy a wide variety of training methods

·        Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

·        Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

·        Manage training budget

·        Provide opportunities for ongoing development

·        Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

·        Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Requirements and skills

·        Proven work experience as a Training Manager

·        Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

·        Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills

·        Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

·        Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

·        Good computer and database skills

·        Hands on Experience on Content writing ,product designing, Spoken English & Communication skills training,  

·        Any Post graduation with M.Sc Mathematics,B.Ed Mathematics, B.Sc, B.Tech, Any degree math background in education or relevant field.

Salary Range based on Experience 40000-60000/- per month.
