Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX to lead our design team in creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface and user experience design, along with proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of designers. As the UI/UX Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and drive the delivery of high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

1.    Leadership and Team Management:

·      Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional design solutions.

·      Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and development within the design team.

·      Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.

2.    User Research and Analysis:

·      Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

·      Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in existing designs.

·      Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.

·      UI/UX Design Strategy.

·      Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and priorities.

·      Develop and communicate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

·      Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.

3.    UI/UX Design Execution:

·      Lead the creation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences across multiple digital platforms, including web and mobile.

·      Ensure consistency and coherence in design by establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines.

·      Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and adherence to design specifications.

4.    Continuous Improvement:

·      Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

·      Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.

·      Identify opportunities to optimize design processes and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2.    Proven experience 10-12 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative design solutions.

3.    Previous experience 10-12 years in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team.

4.    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

5.    Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.

6.    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

7.    Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

8.    Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
