Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content such as blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, FAQs, and technical manuals.
- Proposal Writing: Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to craft compelling IT proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, showcasing the company’s value propositions.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives to design tailored IT solutions.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Partner with internal teams to develop scalable IT solutions and produce technical documents, user guides, and solution roadmaps.
- Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to deliver insightful content and position the company’s solutions effectively.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that align with client needs and showcase technical capabilities.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines using best practices and relevant keywords.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Editing & Proofreading: Refine content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy while maintaining the company’s tone and style.
- Support During Negotiations: Provide technical insights during client discussions and ensure effective handovers to delivery teams post-sales.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, including cloud computing, applications, and infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Grammarly, WordPress, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or related fields.
- Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or ITIL are a plus.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS domains, or pre-sales roles.
