Job Summary:

We are seeking a contract-based Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to develop and execute strategic social media campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who can effectively manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, queries, and customer feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and paid advertising.

✅ Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

✅ Experience using analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
