Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with 10-18 years of expertise to oversee and manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing actionable insights to management.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax reporting and planning to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Financial Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls to safeguard company assets and prevent discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering a strong team environment focused on continuous improvement.

 Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or CA certification preferred).
2. 10-18 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior accounting role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and provide strategic financial insights.
