Job Summary:

We are seeking a contract-based Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to develop and execute strategic social media campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who can effectively manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with brand objectives.

•

Manage paid social media campaigns to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.

•

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Engage with the online community, responding to comments, queries, and customer feedback.

•

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance brand visibility.

•

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and paid advertising. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Experience using analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
