Job Title: Project Coordinator (Contract)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning and execution. This contract role requires excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

•

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

•

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.

•

Identify potential project risks and support mitigation strategies.

•

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

•

Ensure compliance with project guidelines, policies, and standards.

•

Support budget tracking and resource allocation.

•

Address and resolve administrative and operational issues.

Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

•

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

•

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication.

•

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

•

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

•

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
