JobOverview:
This is a full-time Operations Manager role at VectorStack for GNJ- Guru Nanak Jira Mobile Applications, requiring 2-4 years of experience, and an immediate joiner. We are seeking a highly motivated ‘’Operations Manager’’ to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee user onboarding, and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy to ensure strong market penetration and user retention. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all operational aspects of the app run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for resolving any issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. User Onboarding & Support:
Manage the onboarding process for new users to ensure a smooth experience. Provide support to users to ensure high engagement and retention.
3. Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM):
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy. Ensure proper positioning and successful market entry for new features and updates.
4. Operations Management:
Ensure the day-to-day operations of the mobile application run smoothly. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve any operational challenges.
5. Growth & User Retention:
Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition and retention, working closely with marketing and product teams to optimize the user journey.
6. Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize data and analytics to assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with development, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and feature rollouts.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech or mobile application environment.
2. Strong understanding of client relationship management, onboarding processes, and GTM strategies.
3. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Familiarity with mobile application ecosystems, user engagement metrics, and analytics tools.
7. Experience working in a startup or dynamic business environment is a plus.
