Growth Product Manager - B2C Mobile Applications 

Role Overview:   

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **Growth Product Manager** to lead the growth initiatives for our B2C mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall growth of the mobile app. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and data analytics to develop and execute growth strategies that scale our user base and optimize the user experience. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 

Growth Strategy: 

 Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across various channels. 

 

User Acquisition:  

Drive customer acquisition campaigns, optimize user funnels, and continuously experiment with new organic and paid acquisition approaches. 

 

User Retention & Engagement: 

 Analyze user behavior and design strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Collaborate with the product team to implement features that drive growth. 

 

Conversion Optimization: 

 Focus on optimizing the entire user journey, from onboarding to retention, through A/B testing, product iterations, and other growth experiments. 

 

Data-Driven Insights: 

 Use data and analytics to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and measure the success of growth initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and iterate on strategies based on data insights. 

 

Collaborative Product Development:  

Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to align product features and roadmap with growth objectives. Influence product decisions to ensure alignment with growth goals. 

 

Experimentation:  

Design and run experiments to test new growth hypotheses. Validate ideas through rapid prototyping and testing, ensuring a continuous feedback loop for improvement. 

 

 

 

Cross-Functional Leadership:  

Serve as a key collaborator with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive growth plan that aligns with the company’s overall goals. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role in a B2C environment, with a focus on mobile applications. 
  • Strong understanding of product growth strategies, user acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention techniques. 
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to track performance and guide decision-making. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, and data-driven optimization. 
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven mindset, applying both to design experiments and develop strategies. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  •  Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
