Job Summary: 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to create engaging graphics across various platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, banners, brochures, and advertisements. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 
• Develop creative concepts and execute them from initial drafts to final production. 
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as required. 
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. 
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. 
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. 
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines. 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. 
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Sketch. 
• Experience in creating motion graphics or animations.
