Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and forge strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Business Development: Identify new markets, opportunities, and partnerships to drive expansion and revenue growth.
•
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
•
Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition strategies, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships.
•
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
•
Revenue & Forecasting: Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
•
Negotiations & Contracts: Lead high-value negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders.
•
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•
18-20 years of proven experience in leading sales and business development functions in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
•
Experience in developing and executing GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
•
Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
•
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
Willingness to travel as needed.
