Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, managed services, and IT consulting. Your goal will be understanding the client's needs, tailoring IT solutions, and closing sales effectively.

Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector, including small to large enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote IT service offerings such as software development, system integration, cloud services, and more.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions based on company services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company services and generate leads.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (1- 3 years) in sales within the IT services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of IT services (software development, cloud services, managed IT services, etc.).
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  8. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
