Responsibilities:

· Develop new business accounts to generate revenue through enterprise clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australian markets.

· Expand client accounts by leveraging relationships for additional business and account growth.

· Engage in Business IT Solutions, Custom Software Development Outsourcing, Digital Solutions and Services, Offshore IT Development, and IT Talent/Staffing Solutions.

· Manage IT Services as a business center, accountable for profit and loss, business objectives, and targets.

· Utilize a strong network in the industry for sourcing profiles through unconventional recruitment channels.

· Meet revenue targets and ensure timely delivery by closely working with sales and account management teams.

Requirements:

· 1 to 3 years of Enterprise sales experience as a Sales Executive / Account Executive in a B2B SaaS/IT Software/IT Products Company.

· Current or prior experience in managing global sales in the region - North America /US/Europe

· Experience in managing complex sales cycles & achieving sales quota.

· Ambitious, result-oriented and a great attention to detail.

· Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.

· Effective Communication Skills alongside Negotiation Skills.

Qualification:

· Any Graduate / Post Graduate

· MBA - Sales & Marketing (preferable)

Job timing : 3 PM – 12 AM

Week off : Saturday and Sundays off
