Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher at vConnect iDees Services located in Pune. As a Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day tasks related to B2B lead generation. This will include supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities through lead generation via calling the potential prospect. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. Discovering qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks with great communication skills & positive approach.
You will be trained for the following responsibilities -
· Research and identify potential clients within the provide geography.
· Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.
· You will use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.
· Setting Appointment / Appointment Generation post reach out.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.
· Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
· Sales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Basic knowledge of business and sales processes
· Aware about Microsoft Office especially Excel
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Any Graduate (FRESHER)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job timing: 9AM – 6PM
Week off: Saturday and Sundays off (fixed)
