Role Overview - The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify
influencers and key decision makers within accounts. We are looking for an Inside Sales
Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The sales executive will source new
sales opportunities. Discovering qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and
targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Basically
responsible for End to End Sales. We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks with great
communication skills & positive approach.
Responsibilities –
● Research and identify potential clients .
● Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details
about their roofing needs.
● Use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to
gather potential leads.
● Qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.
● Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
● Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.
● Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
● Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.
● Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation is beneficial.
Skills & Qualities Required:
Proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
● Any Graduate·
● 1-4 years of experience.
Employment Type: Full-time
Job timing: -9:30 AM or 6:30 PM
Week off: Saturday and Sundays off
Mode of Work: Work From Office
