Role Overview - The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to communicate in an effective way using his/her Communication Skills. The sales executive will source new sales
opportunities. Discovering qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted
outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks with great communication skills, positive approach and curiosity to take up a new opportunity.
Responsibility-
Lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential
leads.
Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.
Qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, timeline & custom questions if any.
Research and identify potential clients from the respective geography.
Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, cold calls, and social media.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company’s items to current and new
customers.
Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills & Qualities Required -
· Confidence of handling Client Calls.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
· Sales & Negotiation skills
· Basic computer skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
· Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
● Any Graduate·
● Good Communication Skills

Job timing: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Week off: Saturday and Sundays off
