Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior-level professional to join our team in the role of Training and Quality. This full-time, contract-to-hire position is available in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore Urban locations. With at least 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and effectiveness of our team while maintaining quality service in line with industry standards.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong call auditing skills for effective performance monitoring (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in planning and conducting training sessions to enhance team capabilities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in unsecured loans to drive comprehensive understanding and advisement (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability in analyzing feedback to adjust practices and improve service quality.
  • Experience in collections and debt recovery, ensuring efficient and effective debt management.
  • Knowledge in developing training materials that are both effective and engaging.
  • Ability to identify training needs and create strategic development programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular call audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Must be willing to travel along with the field executives for effective experiential training.
  • Develop and implement training modules tailored to team needs and industry developments.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions to improve performance and service delivery.
  • Analyze and report on feedback to management for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive learning and growth strategies.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance through effective audits and reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments to inform training content.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and development of training programs aligned with company goals.
