Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Tele-sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will have between 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele-sales in any BPO. This is a full-time position where you will engage with clients and drive sales through our state-of-the-art contact center.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Hindi is mandatory with any other regional language with good English.
  • Active Listening (Mandatory skill) is critical for understanding customer needs and building trustful relationships.
  • Outbound Sales Tactics (Mandatory skill) are essential for proactively reaching out and converting potential leads into sales.
  • Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill) are indispensable for resolving objections and striking beneficial deals with clients.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Experience with Cold Calling Techniques to efficiently introduce products or services and spark customer interest.
  • Strong understanding of selling methods to identify and create opportunities and sell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • NBFC loan sales with targets.
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication and provide accurate information to address their queries.
  • Manage and update customer databases in CRM systems.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments through vigorous market research and lead generation strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain consistent service quality.
