Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Tele Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vashi, Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills along with a good knowledge of debt collection laws and tele collections.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
• Negotiation skills to effectively handle repayment arrangements and settlements.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Experience in tele collections to handle outbound calls efficiently.
• Ability to handle difficult customers (Mandatory skill).
• Debt recovery experience (Mandatory skill).
• DRA certified (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to customers and record responses.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within specified guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers in the system.
• Follow up with customers on agreed payment plans.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the collections team to meet monthly targets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling and resolving complaints.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by management.
