Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Tele Collection Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position in which you will play a critical role in our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in debt collection along with fluency in English and Hindi.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in debt collection processes (Mandatory skill).
- Fluency in English for effective communication (Mandatory skill).
- Fluency in Hindi to communicate with a diverse client base (Mandatory skill).
- Experience working in contact centers, understanding the dynamics and challenges involved.
- Knowledge in debt recovery practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with collection software and general office applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve outstanding debts in a positive manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet set targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments and make arrangements for payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Record all communications and payment arrangements in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow-up with customers on scheduled payment dates to ensure commitment to payment plans is maintained.
- Address customer queries and provide information regarding their due payments and account statuses.
- Cooperate with team members and supervisors to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout all collection activities.
