Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Tele Collection Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position in which you will play a critical role in our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in debt collection along with fluency in English and Hindi.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in debt collection processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Fluency in English for effective communication (Mandatory skill).
  • Fluency in Hindi to communicate with a diverse client base (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience working in contact centers, understanding the dynamics and challenges involved.
  • Knowledge in debt recovery practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with collection software and general office applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve outstanding debts in a positive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet set targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments and make arrangements for payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Record all communications and payment arrangements in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow-up with customers on scheduled payment dates to ensure commitment to payment plans is maintained.
  • Address customer queries and provide information regarding their due payments and account statuses.
  • Cooperate with team members and supervisors to achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout all collection activities.
