Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role focuses on connecting with customers and offering top-notch communication services. The ideal candidate will excel in handling calls efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the team's success.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
  • Provide information about products and services accurately and persuasively.
  • Listen effectively to identify customer requirements and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and log all interactions diligently.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversions as established by the management.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities that have shown interest in VCATCH's offers.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop and improve sales strategies.
