The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's growing needs within the BPO sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in talent acquisition with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and practices.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable offerings in alignment with market standards (Mandatory skill).
