Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. This junior-level, full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's growing needs within the BPO sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and practices.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable offerings in alignment with market standards (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in HRIS management to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of employee relations, including conflict resolution and building a positive workplace environment.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Ability to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a culturally rich work environment.
- Experience with performance management systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
- Competence in data-driven HR analytics to make informed decisions and enhance recruitment processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to source, attract, and onboard top talent effectively.
- Collaborate with functional heads to understand staffing needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
- Design and implement employer branding techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to enhance the talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead initiatives on compensation and benefits to maintain competitive advantage and employee satisfaction.
