Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level Senior Inside Sales Representative at VCATCH, located in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves engaging prospects, generating leads, and elevating sales processes within a vibrant BPO environment. Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation for the international BPO market is mandatory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prospecting (Mandatory skill): Show proficiency in identifying potential clients and initiating contact to generate leads specifically for international BPO scenarios.
- Online Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrate expertise in using online platforms and tools to identify and interact with potential customers to boost sales.
- International BPO (Mandatory skill): Must have experience and understanding of the operations and client communication specific to international BPO settings.
- Negotiation: Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively by understanding client needs and tailoring offers accordingly.
- Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and establish rapport with clients.
- Closing Techniques: Implement effective closing techniques to convert leads into customers and finalize sales transactions successfully.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to ensure maximum productivity and meeting sales targets.

Role Description
