Job Overview

VCATCH is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Associate with a passion for real estate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market and trends
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking events, and online platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable real estate solutions
• Make outbound calls to generate potential leads and ensure that they visit the site
• Offer relevant USPs of the project via flyers and emails
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
