Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales B2B associate to join our dynamic team at VCATCH, located in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, and Bangalore. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and selling skills, as well as experience in cold calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be part of our international BPO division, driving sales and contributing to our team's success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in cold calling, demonstrating the ability to engage potential clients and handle objections effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in an international BPO setting, showcasing adaptability and an understanding of global sales processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong lead generation skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate the value propositions clearly to clients.
- Outstanding selling skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Experience in loan sales, giving you an edge in understanding financial product offerings and client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools used for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining motivation and striving for excellence in all tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, persuasively presenting our services and generating interest.
- Manage and nurture relationships with leads, guiding them through the sales funnel towards conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and increasing market presence.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, utilizing this knowledge to strengthen sales initiatives.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer insights and potential improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and providing timely solutions to inquiries.
