Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infosec Professional to join our team at VCATCH, a leading BPO company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Infosec Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems, networks, and data. This is a mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in information security.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH will be an add-on.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Knowledge of BPO industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in incident response and handling
• Knowledge of cloud security and secure coding practices
• Experience with risk assessment and management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents
• Manage and respond to security breaches and incidents
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in information security
