Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in debt recovery and tele-calling, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. This role involves working in a dynamic call center environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in debt recovery, with a strong understanding of financial advisory services.
  • Effective tele-calling skills to manage high volumes of outbound calls daily.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to help secure debt settlement agreements.
  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably within the BPO sector.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, with additional fluency in Malayalam or Tamil being advantageous.
  • Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure while multitasking.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial calculations and reports.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to clients regarding debt recovery.
  • Evaluate client financial situations to determine reasonable recovery plans.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to settle outstanding debts in a satisfactory manner for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide clients with relevant financial advice and support based on their individual circumstances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve call center processes and client satisfaction rates.
  • Use CRM software to log client information and track progress effectively.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
