Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in debt recovery and tele-calling, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. This role involves working in a dynamic call center environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in debt recovery, with a strong understanding of financial advisory services.
- Effective tele-calling skills to manage high volumes of outbound calls daily.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills to help secure debt settlement agreements.
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably within the BPO sector.
- Proficiency in Hindi, with additional fluency in Malayalam or Tamil being advantageous.
- Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure while multitasking.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial calculations and reports.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to clients regarding debt recovery.
- Evaluate client financial situations to determine reasonable recovery plans.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to settle outstanding debts in a satisfactory manner for both parties.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide clients with relevant financial advice and support based on their individual circumstances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve call center processes and client satisfaction rates.
- Use CRM software to log client information and track progress effectively.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
