Job Overview

VCATCH is seeking a Debt Recovery Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Debt Recovery Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of outstanding debts from customers. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hindi fluency is required
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in debt recovery or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact individuals or businesses to recover outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to debt recovery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of debt recovery activities
• Follow up with debtors on payment commitments
• Prepare reports on debt recovery progress
• Collaborate with team members to achieve debt recovery targets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to debtors
