Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Collections Trainer to join our full-time team in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore, Bengaluru. The role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our collections team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching and have a strong commitment to organizational success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in training program development, especially in a collections environment (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely (Mandatory skill).
