Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and will join us on a full-time basis, focusing on developing new business opportunities and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes to effectively manage and close business deals, catering to diverse industries.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies (Mandatory skill) to identify and nurture new business prospects.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to facilitate clear dialogues with potential clients and team members.
- Ability to generate a strong pipeline for the sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess potential business opportunities and market conditions effectively.
- Self-driven and proactive approach towards achieving sales targets and organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through Google, Yelp, ABN lookup, and social media.
- Maintain and establish long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet client needs and market demand.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage leads, client communications, and sales progress.
- Execute lead generation strategies to create a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and forecasted growth.
Pre-requisites:
- Must have made incentives for atleast 3 months in the last six months.
- Must have the payslips along with the Bank statement
- Must have made cold calls to the US, UK, or to the Australian market.
- Must be willing to work from office by communitng on their own.
