Conduct B2B cold calls to Australian small and medium-sized businesses to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Qualify leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
• Consistently update CRM systems with accurate information on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales approaches. Key Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales and cold calling for lead generation in an international process
. • Proven experience in an Australian process is highly desirable
. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
. • Must provide pay slips from the previous employer that include incentives earned as proof of sales performance.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer:
