Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Manager Collections to join our team in Bangalore Urban. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. This is a full-time position within our contact center, specializing in collections and debt recovery.

  • Analytical skills for evaluating debtor accounts and strategizing collection efforts
  • Knowledge of debt collection laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and efficiently


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling a portfolio of delinquent accounts to meet and exceed collection targets
  • Managing relationships with collection agencies to ensure effective collections
  • Reviewing unsecured loan accounts to identify and resolve delinquency issues
  • Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding amounts
  • Documenting and updating debtor information and actions taken in the CRM system
  • Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors to recover outstanding amounts
  • Ensuring all collection activities comply with relevant regulations and laws
  • Collaborating with the legal team to escalate accounts when necessary
