Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and support politely and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in resolving queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- No sales targets, focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
