Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 2 years in recruitment, preferably in Non-IT sectors

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, etc.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal standards

- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events

- Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status

- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role

- Familiarity with non-IT recruitment processes and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
