- Proficiency in HRIS software, with the ability to manage employee data and streamline HR processes efficiently.
- Experience in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary computations and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration to manage benefits programs and address employee inquiries effectively.
- Capability in vendor management, including contract negotiations and relationship maintenance with external service providers.
- Strong skills in compliance management, ensuring HR activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Ability to perform data analysis to derive insights and support strategic HR decision-making processes.
- Understanding of onboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires into the company environment.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition (Mandatory skill), driving efficient recruiting processes and successful candidate placements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the complete recruitment life cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
- Administer HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data management and reporting for effective HR operations.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, addressing benefit-related issues and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors to acquire necessary HR services and manage contractual agreements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, updating policies as required to mitigate risks.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, providing insights to support HR strategy and improve operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees.
