Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager/ Assistant General Manager to lead and oversee operations in our fire protection and firefighting Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firefighting systems, business management, and leadership, ensuring operational excellence, financial growth, and compliance with industry regulations.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Fire Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the firefighting, fire protection, or MEP industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, FM standards and local firefighting regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fire protection systems and installation processes.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently.

- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with fire safety laws and standards.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & Operational Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure the company complies with fire safety regulations, standards (NFPA, FM, UL, etc.), and local authorities’ requirements.
2. Project & Engineering Oversight
- Supervise the planning, design, and execution of firefighting and fire protection projects (sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, suppression systems, etc.).
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper resource allocation.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Develop relationships with contractors and consultants to secure new projects.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into different sectors (residential, commercial).
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and sales growth.
4. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, project managers, technicians, and sales personnel.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Train and retain top talent in the fire protection industry.
5. Financial & Performance Management
- Oversee profit & loss (P&L) management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance.
- Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and service standards.
