Job location: Hyderabad

• Installation: Install, configure, and program fire alarm systems and CCTV equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Mount and position cameras and sensors for CCTV systems, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality.
• Maintenance: Regularly inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm and CCTV systems to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning cameras and sensors, and replacing worn-out components.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm and CCTV systems, identifying and repairing faulty components or connections.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations to address system malfunctions.
• Upgrades and Upkeep: Upgrade fire alarm and CCTV systems with new technology and software as needed to enhance performance and security.
• Keep records of system modifications and updates for documentation purposes.
• Compliance: Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with local and national fire codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain knowledge of current regulations and guidelines related to fire alarm and CCTV systems.
• Testing and Training: Conduct system testing and provide training to clients and end-users on how to operate and maintain the systems effectively.
• Perform system tests and inspections required by authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Create as-built drawings and documentation for system installations and modifications.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients, building owners, and other stakeholders in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Fire alarm and CCTV Technician
• Proven experience as a fire alarm and CCTV technician.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and CCTV system components, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
