Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at VARIO TECHNOLOGIES. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls from existing customers, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
• Strong customer service and client relations skills
• Ability to convince and persuade customers
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
• Handle incoming calls from existing customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in resolving their queries or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
