Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Solar Site Engineer for our office in Pune. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist with the site assessment, design, and implementation of solar projects. They will collaborate with a team of experts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Panel installation expertise, ensuring secure and efficient setup of solar panels (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to solar power systems (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in site assessment for solar projects, ensuring optimal system placement and performance (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in solar PV system design, including component specification and layout planning.
• Solid project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Skilled in troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues quickly during project implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site assessments and collect data for preliminary and ongoing project evaluation.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar panels and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Supervise and support on-site technical teams during installation and execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot project challenges, implementing effective solutions to mitigate issues.

Preference - Someone from Solar industry (having knowledge of Solar Panel Installation) and belong from Maharashtra.
