Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for manage/plan all site related activities (Installation, Commissioning, Erection of electrical items) 

2. Servicing of Panel Wiring and Lighting Systems. 

3. Day to day management and execution of site, monitoring the workers and the work of contractor/subcontractors; planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities. 

4. Ensure overall project completion within stipulated timelines. 

5. Maintaining safety at site, maintaining tools and tackles in proper order. 

6. Should be able to communicate effectively with customer engineer, should be able understand drawing. 

7. Required to travel & stay at various Work Locations. 

Skills Required:

• Knowledge in Site management. 

• Smart and intelligent. 

• Ability to manage people with good communication and coordination skills. 

• Should be good in basic Electrical concepts. 

• Should have good knowledge of Installation of Solar Panels and their Electrical connections will be preferred.

• Out of the box thinking 

• Eager to learn new software.

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical engineering. 

Male candidates Preferred.
