Job Description – Purchase Executive  

We are looking for excellent communication and negotiation skills with highly motivated and organized Purchase Executive to join our team at one of the India’s most innovative solar company with high growth Prospect. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing operations of the company and ensuring a reliable supply of goods and services. 

Responsibilities: 

Source and purchase materials and services in accordance with company policies and procedures  

Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with suppliers and vendors 

Identify cost saving opportunities and manage supplier performance 

Maintain inventory and order tracking systems 

Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary 

Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for cost savings 

Analyze and manage the supply chain to ensure efficient delivery 

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations 

Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors 

Address any issues related to orders and deliveries  

Prepare reports and monitor purchase activities  

Identify quality vendors for project execution and monitor their feedback from project team 

Preferred Skills 

Ability to analyze market trends and determine the most cost-effective supplier. 

Knowledge of various procurement strategies and processes. 

Understanding of import/export regulations and procedures. 

Proficient in contract negotiations and supplier management. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 

Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork. 

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

Proficient in MS Office and other related software. 

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

Educational / Qualification– B.E. Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil 

Solar background will be preferred. 

Experience-1-3-year experience.
