Job Overview


We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at VAPSNEST. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in conducting soft skills training sessions. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and deliver training programs that enhance the interpersonal and professional skills of our employees.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • We are looking for 1 to 3 years of experience in conducting soft skills training sessions.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of various soft skills topics, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees during training sessions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in soft skills training is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement training programs focused on improving soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
  • Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Assess training needs and customize training programs to address specific requirements.
  • Design training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees to support their skill development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
