Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at VAPSNEST. This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's rapid growth and success in delivering technology solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find the most suitable candidates.
  • Interviewing (Mandatory skill): Ability to conduct effective and efficient interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Candidate Screening (Mandatory skill): Skill in screening resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively discuss and finalize employment offers with potential hires.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional networks to identify and engage with potential talent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Human Resources: Knowledge of human resources principles, including labor laws and regulations, to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
  • Talent Acquisition: Understanding of the talent acquisition process and strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct effective and efficient interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
