Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Vanojay Retail Private Limited. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various marketing and advertising materials. This is a full-time position based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio of design work
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for marketing and advertising materials such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives
• Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for design projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure the continuous improvement of design work
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
• Work within established design guidelines and templates
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers, when necessary, to ensure the production of high-quality print materials
