Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager for a new perfume and deodorant brand, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to establish and promote the brand in the highly competitive beauty and personal care industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, driving sales growth, and enhancing the brand's overall market position.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

·      Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand's goals, target audience, and market trends.

·      Identify key marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, traditional advertising, and PR, to reach the target market effectively.

·      Execute new marketing ideas.

·      Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

·      Drive the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns that differentiate the brand and generate consumer interest and loyalty.

·      Supervise and control the work out the plan and schedule.


2.    Brand Management:

·      Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and brand positioning that resonates with the target market.

·      Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

·      Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new perfume and deodorant offerings align with the brand's identity and customer preferences.

·      Implement strategies to protect and enhance the brand's reputation and integrity.

 

3.    Digital Marketing and E-commerce:

·      Drive the brand's online presence and visibility through effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

·      Oversee the development and optimization of the brand's e-commerce platform to maximize online sales and improve user experience.

·      Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine digital marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

 

4.    Advertising and Promotion:

·      Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, television, radio, and online platforms.

·      Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and increase exposure.

·      Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and activations to generate buzz and drive consumer engagement.

·      Work closely with creative agencies, designers, and copywriters to develop impactful marketing collaterals.

 

5.    Market Research and Analysis:

·      Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitors' activities.

·      Analyze marketing metrics, sales data, and consumer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·      Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

 

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

·      Proven track record of successful marketing leadership, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or fragrance industry.

·      In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, e-commerce, and data analytics.

·      Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape in the beauty industry.

·      Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

·      Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

·      Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
