Job Roles

·        The candidate is expected to lead manufacturing engineering department and should be experienced in working with senior management to achieve organization goals The candidate should be experienced in leading ME team, CAD, modeling systems and ERP’s

·        Generating process plans and quality plans/quality matrix Extracting inputs from tech documents issued by customers (external and internal) Interact with manufacturing, PPC and Quality teams, assigning tasks to team members/other stake holders within and outside organisation.

Responsibilities

·        Take responsibility of manufacturing process till part/assembly prove out of FAI

·        Interacting with other department heads regarding process

·        Candidate should be able to support strongly to the management to sustain a robust manufacturing engineering process in the organisation

·        Should be able to generate process plans and quality plans/quality matrix extracting inputs from technical documents issued by external and internal parties

·        The candidate will be leading a team of ME engineers, GET’s, duly supported by a CAD and Modelling system and ERP

·        Should be able to interact with Manufacturing, PPC and quality teams to resolve technical concerns raised during manufacturing.

·        Able to generate Manufacturing Routers

·        Should achieve cost saving intent with schedule and budget

·        Assure that all engineering design and technical data are completed and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical and historical base for future reference and to meet end user / customer requirements

·        Experienced in assigning tasks to team members / other stakeholders within and outside organisation

·        Should be able to constantly bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes to innovate and improve existing processes and make it cost effective

·        Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection tools, process including special processes like HT, Surface finish and welding etc.,

·        Should be able to coordinate with BD, Design, manufacturing & quality team for realization of product, qualification and approval by various agencies.

Experience & Education

·        Should be B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering, Post Graduation desirable  

·        Age Between 45-50 yrs

·        Experience - 20 yrs

Languages

·        Telugu , Hindi , English

Technical Skill Sets Requirement

·        candidate experienced in CAD Modelling systems and ERP’s 

Industry Preference

·        Preferably in Aerospace and Defence sector

Salary

·        Salary Range:CTC 11,00,000/- Per Annum
