Recruitment & selection: End to end selection process
Interviews scheduling, Recruiting, and on-boarding the Employees in the Company.
Induction process: Joining formalities, consent agreements (discipline, legal, qualification and ID verification) and Induction,
Personnel filing and keeping update, Employee master data preparation flexible to MIS.
Scheduling the Induction and OJT (on job training) of newly joined employees.
Exit formalities of resigned Employees, final settlements, processing PF etc.
Working on MIS reports like attendance management, leave management, performance tracker, salary processing and other operations reports.
The Recruiter will develop job advertisements in conjunctions with the hiring manager and place advertisements in different platforms.
Work closely with Higher Management in order to ensure timely filling positions; accurate and timely documentations of Field Employee resources.
Counsel and select the right fit candidates for the position.
Able to manage all office related works including staff attendance, proper working of systems and center administration works
Manpower Planning as per budget allocation.
HR Policies: Framing & implementation, Disciplinary Actions,
Familiar with ISO/AS Documentation and maintenance,
Motivation Team Building: Employee performance review management, Motivation & Counseling.
Training and development: Assessment, Preparing Training Schedules, Training & Development.
Administering, monitoring the attendance and leaves of employees.
Payroll management like generating the salary, Pay slips, PF contribution, ESI, attendance bonus etc.
