Job Overview


Vista's Learning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position with a required experience of 4 to 6 years. The job is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Ed-Tech industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent Communication in English & Kannada Language


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of business objectives
  • Present and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay informed
