The Business Development Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients to the consultancy firm and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The role requires strong communication and project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
2. Manage and update client information in the firm's database
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceed client expectations
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction
5. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
7. Monitor client satisfaction and conduct regular client feedback surveys
Requirements:
1. Preferable female candidates
2. Freshers and Experienced both can apply
3. Excellent communication in English
