Role - Freelance Recruiter

Location - Remote

Pay: 40% on the Client Invoice Value

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team at VLead. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions. This is a remote position with a focus on junior-level positions. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Should own different sourcing portals
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting recruitment processes for open positions within a given time span.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
